Perfectly Sized for Your Event
A warm and elegant room inspired by the legacy of Frank S. Potter
Potter Banquet Room
The Potter Room is named in honor of Frank S. Potter, original owner of The Beeches estate. A successful inventor and businessman, Potter led the Rome Wire Company and contributed to advancements in copper manufacturing and early communications technology. Added during the Destito family’s 1950s expansion, the room hosted many distinguished dinners and events. Renovated after Nascentia Neighborhood acquired the property in 2021, it was named the Potter Room to preserve the spirit of Potter’s legacy while enhancing the estate for hospitality and community use. Today, the Potter Room continues that legacy as a warm, welcoming space for gatherings and special occasions.
